Homeowner-Now LLC assists non-profit corporations and municipalities in selling & buying homes. They purchase, rehabilitate and resell foreclosed properties in especially hard hit neighborhoods to prevent blight and promote stable communities. We are excited to be part of a program that will impact and improve neighborhoods that have suffered through this housing and economic crisis. Providing this opportunity to new homebuyers sparks hope and excitement which will, in turn, stabilize and revitalize these city areas.
